After a wreck, the paperwork is the worst part. Joyce and the team handle the claim, the rental car and the parts fight, and you get updates the whole way.

Do I have to use the body shop my insurance company recommends?
No. Texas law says an insurance company can't require you to use a particular repair shop. You can choose where your car is repaired, including Precision.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work with every insurance company, whether the claim is through your policy or the other driver's. We send them the estimate and photos and keep the claim moving.
I haven't filed a claim yet. What should I do first?
Get everyone safe, swap insurance information, and take photos of the damage and the scene. Then call your insurer or ours. We can help you through the claim and line up a rental.
Will you use factory (OEM) parts?
We push for OEM parts wherever it matters for fit, safety and resale. What gets covered can depend on your policy, and we'll tell you up front what your insurer approves.
My car isn't drivable. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us where the car is in the estimate form or call us, and we'll help get it towed to the shop.
Can you help with a rental car?
Yes. We coordinate with your insurance company and the rental agency so you have a car while yours is in the shop.
Can you give me an exact price from photos?
Photos help us understand the damage and prepare, but a final estimate needs an in-person inspection, since damage behind panels often doesn't show in pictures.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage and on parts availability. After the inspection we'll give you an expected timeline and keep you updated as it moves along.

Owner Rey Hernandez spent more than 13 years in collision and paint at the BMW of North America distribution center before opening Precision in April 2009. It's still family-operated, and the people who answer the phone are the people who work on your car.
